You might want to be careful with the use of diet Soda as I have read a bunch of stuff about how it actually adds to cravings and causing the body to store fat. I know it is hard to give it up I was a Diet Coke drinker and when I stopped the head aches very awful, You might want to look into Stevia instead of the other two. Best of luck on your quest for a healthy life!!!

Thanks for your post, but I only drink 1 pop a week. I usually would eat chocolate bars at night while watching TV, so I'm trying gum & maybe a pop. I've been diagnosed as pre-diabetic, so trying to create a balance on sugar in my system. I don't like stevia & have also tried Xylitol. For now, any sweetener as opposed to sugar, is what the dietician recommends. However, it's early days for me & I don't have a good track record. Someday, I hope, something will click in my brain & I will stick to a plan!! Thanks for caring.
