B/fast 1/3c orange juice
Lunch 1pm 2 sl ww bread & becel & a banana, 1/2 c blueberries Supper 6pm 1 1/2 c ww pasta, 1c meat sauce, tossed salad with imitation crab & a hard boiled egg & 1 1/2 tbsp homemade italian dressing
Snack 8pm h/made pear bran muffin (made with Splenda) with becel, an apple
Exercise same as yesterday.
Feeling good & excited to be on Day 4 of my new diet approach. Down 2 lbs this morning after.
