WOW - what have you done now ????? 130 POUNDS --- OMG !!! Good for you and how does it feel ...? I am having to learn to walk all over again ... I bring my leg up to step - it is like air ... it is really weird! Any way - thinking of you - keep up the good work. Way to Go!

BTW --- I am exercising almost every day now ... that is correct and just yesterday - I increased my reps to 25... I have copied a 30 minute exercise program - created by a over age 65 former Canadian national ballet company dancer. Increasing flexibility - and to reverse body aging. The booklet is now on the top of the table ... "progress" Later Gator!!!

Today my Body Mass Index BMI is 24.1 - Normal Healthy - but heading towards 23.2 @ 135 pounds (mid zone)

I use resistance bands for some of my workouts...how about you? Oh, and the brand name of my elliptical is ProForm ( I think you asked about it some time ago🤔)

I've never used resistance bands, just looking into them now. Need suggestions. And still checking out ellipticals. I was told they have plus and minus' personal preference. Thanks, I'll look up ProForm. :-)

My PT gave me resistance band workouts for my ankles, so I bought them to do at home. I had no idea there's so much you can do with them!

Yes Asarver!! There's LOTS of ways to use the resistance bands. YouTube might be a good place to start browsing? Good luck to you as you add strength training to your journey!!💙💪💙
