Happy Thursday to you all!🔅🔅🔅

I love the FS food diary and use it every day...but I ALSO use daily logging sheets to scribble my portions, keep track of other stuff/events, and as a back-up for the electronically saved data (ok ok...I just LOVE paper!) I still have every single food log since I started in August of 2021! Can you spell OCD?😂😂

Just wondering if anyone else also uses some type of 'paper' food log...

I'm with Sk. My phone (with FS app) is like my leash, I don't go anywhere without it in my hand. Which usually means the kitchen too. Easy to record as I measure stuff.

Sk.17...I use 'recycled' paper from junk mail and old documents...so it's actually pretty 'green'♻️✅️

Yes, CrystalJo, it did help. I still refer to my little notebook. It contains all kinds of notes and information, even a few recipes. I just found some free food log templates online that I am going to print. I need to kick myself in the backside or put on my cheerleading outfit and get in gear. 😆

That's a nice looking logging sheet😍. Somehow makes me feel nostalgic. Went through an era from everything's paper to paperless, snail mail to email, lol. Now that you've mentioned it, I really can't remember when's the last time I log anything on paper😅🌻.

Becky...pick up some pompoms at the Dollar Store and keep them handy for that quick 'pick me up'!!! I swear by mine!✳️✳️✳️✳️

Ginome...I've lost my data from phones, laptops, tablets, thumb drives...even from the Cloud! So I tend to not rely on it 100%

I log my foods on FS app in my phone. An exception might be if I don't have easy access....then I jot it down on a scratch pad to be entered later. I have my info back to 2012 online. Today I took measurements & did record them in a journal book. Previously, I had used a pad of paper but decided to go more "official" so I have easy access. Last year I logged them in my notes on my phone.

I strictly use my phone and typically try n get it logged either before or during so I can remember it.

I have certain micro nutrients that I track with paper/pencil.

Yea, another planner babe!:) I record my weight here but infrequently do the food. Everything written in my planner. Not amounts but it keeps me aware of exactly what I'm doing.

I love lists and planners At the moment I pencil in my excercise plans to give me guidelines and when I complete I write in ink with big green ✅next to each one. I love ticking things off 🤣🤣🤣

I do log my calendar and to do list in both paper and phone (torn between eras I guess lol) but I only log my food here in FS
