I think the wifes trying to fatten me up a bit by buying ice cream lol. damn was it good, I tried only having 1 serving but went back to finish the pint about 30 minutes later only 250 calories for the whole thing but they arent cheap like 5 bucks a pint.

JustBananas I would love a freezer full of them 😄 I'm good at avoiding temptation until I take a bite of it then I'm screwed. I did tell her to buy 1 at a time and not that often. but at only 250 calories I could deffintly fit this in my calorie goals but still don't want to have it too often.

MichiganBeauty80 they have them at Walmart there were a few other flavors too. it was delicious and I couldnt tell at all that it was a low calorie verison.

I love Nick's! I get one once or twice a month and eat it over the course of two evenings. I can usually only eat half a pint in one sitting. Learning to navigate foods you may find problematic is important, especially when your spouse is involved. I wouldn't think she's trying to fatten you up - she bought you an ice cream she thought would fit within your goals (instead of your favorite pint of Ben and Jerry's!). So long as it's an occasional indulgence, you're gonna be okay.

ginome I thought it being only 250 was awesome probably a big part of why I went back and ate the whole thing. I had plenty of allotment for it to so it fit in well.

I went to Dairy Queen yesterday (slap on my hand) and ordered a MINI Blizzard, 390 calories in a MINI!! I won’t be going back. I’m trying this for sure.
