its been a very long, hot, tiring day at work today, which makes this fast day even harder. But the day is nearly over, and it is a feed day tomorrow :)

Thx, but I have had another fast day since then, and having another 1 tomorrow. Sometimes they are easy, sometimes not, but I always get over them :) .... Gaining weight is easy, losing weight is not always easy...
