Do You Have IBS? A person with IBS can have Problems with bloating. I have found that certain foods can cause me to be bloated. Broccoli, Soy milk, Beans, Legumes, etc. You can Google-The Foods That Causes Gas!

I don't think I have IBS. Certain foods make things worse, but I haven't eaten any of those foods for some time now
