been feeling really bloated last couple of days despite the fact I have not broken any of my diet rules.
I am not looking forward to my next weigh in, as I feel I have put weight on...

Do You Have IBS? A person with IBS can have Problems with bloating. I have found that certain foods can cause me to be bloated. Broccoli, Soy milk, Beans, Legumes, etc. You can Google-The Foods That Causes Gas! Good luck, and happy Dieting! : )

I don't think I have IBS. Certain foods make things worse, but I haven't eaten any of those foods for some time now
