Selpt without the back brace and did well with only a wake up at 2:30 and one at 5:30 then slept til 9...hip pain woke me about 8:30 and just lay there and dozed til 9...weight 190.8 this morning and a bit of edema 1, FBS 117 this morning.
Back pain no problem, and shingles are dried up. Today is last day of medication.
Did better last night about eating after dinner.
Going to my cousin's for a get together but will take my chili to eat.
