Hi FS family,

It's another Monday, and check off my list to commit to logging in once a week. Still feeling meh... I really hope I get out of my funk soon. I cant seem to find my joy in long lasting levels. I'm unexcited by things but still trying.

I find my reset through yoga and meditation. Being mindful and aware of my negative or uninspired thoughts helps me to not let them control my mood. it's mental discipline as much as eating healthy is, and just like any healthy lifestyle it takes practice. Find a coach or someone willing to help you through the practice. >>I help from time to time.
