Water weight must have come back because I awoke at 253.2. Still no gain which is great. After workout today just like yesterday 249.6. Maybe tomorrow will show overall loss. Ate around 1250 calories today trying to stay in a deficit. I know by next Thursday's weigh in I will show an good loss week. Only time when I like being a "loser." LOL
