Waking weight yesterday (2/17/15) of 252.2 I gigged last night so I counted load in/load out, playing music and driving as my exercise for the day. I consumed 1681 calories and much to my surprise my waking weight for today (2/18/15) was 251.4. I am so hoping for a good weigh in next Thursday. I will start my workouts back up tomorrow but I may take a thirty minute walk to today who knows.
