Today was a pretty good day. Walked around a bit...but I still can't wait for the nice weather to come in! I've tried to eat healthy..but it's hard. Esp with Michael asking to go to a buffet every day. He loves them..can't get enough. But, for people who have problems with portion control and such, it's just a bad idea. Tonight is tacos..YUM!

You're such a smart girl to know your limits! Going to a buffet is VERY challenging for me too... mostly because I "try to get my money's worth"... and that ends up with me back where I started in January! You're doing great! You'll be in the 330s before you know it!

Yes buffets are hard. I really try not to go because I cant get my moneys worth and still stay on program. A little of this and a little of that turns into a BIG GUILT TRIP! LOL! Good luck and stay focused!

Exactly! It's hard to limit yourself when you are encouraged to eat as much as you want..whatever you want. And it's really hard to log it because your never quite certain what (or how much) is in it.
