Well my birthday has come and gone. My friends and family all chipped in and got me THE TUDORS complete dvd set. Such a wonderful day! I did go off my diet, it was my bday for crying out loud!...but I did still try to moniter what I ate. I made sure to load up on healthy protien before I did anything else. I think that it helped...but the scale will let me know tomorrow!

On another topic...does anyone know of any simple equipment-less excercises that I can do at home? Walking is kinda out right now, just because the weather is going crazy! I did like walking. It was nice to just listen to music and be me for 30 minutes, even if all I did was walk around the block!

Hey girl! Happy belated birthday. :) Check out livestrong.com and in the search menu you can just type in "work out from home" -- I can't paste the link it because it gets cut off by FS, but you get the jist...there's some good articles there, you just gotta browse around. Also remember if you don't have weights or anything and you want some light weight you can use canned food items. lol! I had a workout video many years ago that did that! Have fun!
