Thanks, everyone! Shannon7426 I patted the filets dry, sprayed very lightly with olive oil spray, and seasoned with garlic and lemon pepper. Sprayed a pan very lightly with oil, added 6g of ghee to the pan, and a clove of mixed garlic. Heated the pan until the garlic browned a little, added the filets, squeezed fresh lemon juice over the filets. After browning one side, flipped and squeezed lemon on the other side. I cooked for about 6 minutes each side, it came out nicely seared even with only minimal oil. 160 calories per 113g not counting the ghee/oil. Everything on my plate was under 550 calories total 😋
