That plan of planning the day instead of it planning me yesterday? Yeah. Me and HGTV need a divorce. I did get out to rake the front lawn yesterday so that's more than I have been doing. Did it again today once I saw my neighbor doing hers (yard shaming is a good thing in my case haha). 15 minutes wipes me out but I figure if I continue to do 15 minutes a day, my yard will look great and my muscles will tone up. FEELS like a lot longer when you're doing it though :)

Tomorrow I go pick up my preordered online book access for my 2 classes I start in a week. I had planned to have my other online education done (deadline is October 2015 but "I have lots of time before college classes start" didn't work very well) so I need to focus now on both. I get sucked in to TV and my personal finance blogs so I'll need to work those out as I work others in. It's hard for me to focus on more than one major thing at a time so I'll need get organized and stay that way. I know I can do it, I just do better when there's one focus. Weight will be the primary goal while maintaining all the other categories (work, school, finances) only because weight tends to fall off into no-man's land while the others always have taken precedence and that needs to stop. There needs to be a balance and I'm the only one who can put it in place.

Congratulations on the yard work and the online classes. For me, Downton Abbey marathon has dominated the airwaves around here. At least it is indoors and doesn't stop me from biking, should I be so inclined, which I still have yet to do today. My muscles are sore from last night's ride.

I'm afraid to start watching Downton Abbey since I've heard it was so good. I will definitely get sucked into that one.

Downton Abbey is fantastic in every imaginable way. I am addicted to such great TV and love many of the British stuff. I would also recommend another fantastic British series called The Village. Some of my friends even like it more than Downton Abbey. In both series the acting and plots are amazing and in The Village it is even more realistic and gritty. I have been saving season 5 for this month and am so eager to start watching it after my move today. Another great US series with amazing acting and plot is The Knick. Good luck with your weight loss this year!

We don't get The Village, and The Knick is on one of our paid channels. But two other good ones are Call the Midwives and Larkrise to Candleford. Not as addictive as Downton but close. Where are you, Dragonwisdom?

Hi LWBB, I will check out Midwives and Larkrise to Candleford. I have heard of the Midwives, but have never watched it. As to the other one, I am excited to give it a go. Thanks so much for the info. Oh yes, at the moment I am living in Tokyo, Japan. Have been here over the years for a few year at a time. Will head back to Toronto either this year or next. I love Japan!
