Not looking forward to Saturday. I always weigh in first thing on Saturday morning and I admittedly have been snacking a lot this week. Oh well, I just have to work harder and I think it will help that I've joined the challenge kitchen closed after 7pm.

I have joined that challenge, too. I have stopped eating after dinner (or 7 p.m.) for a while now and I believe it works. Good luck on your weigh in.

Whatever tomorrow's weigh-in is, if there is a gain what led up to it is in the past. The holidays are tough, lots of goodies, and if you did indulge more than usual there's no lasting harm done as long as you get back on track with what you know works. The future is what's important. Wishing you success in the new challenge.
