Considering everything, I did really well. Should have skipped the cheesecake last night but enjoyed it and it was small. Funny thing is I got more buzzed by the sugar in it than I did the glass of wine I had. Even tonight at dinner, made good choices. Had a glass of persecco with grand marnier to taste it and didn't finish (was eh). Overall, it was good but not enough water today so I won't be surprised if I'm up in the am. Didn't get to weigh this am but pants are a little tight so may be some extra water weight too. Back to normal tomorrow and the weekend.
