Day 1 went well. I didn't get outside for my walk like I'd planned but the food went well and I avoided candy and marshmallows so that's a win :)

Once I get myself in a routine of actually moving during the day I'll be better off. I realized how dehydrated I probably was. I drank water all day and I was still thirsty at bedtime. Turning that around as we go. Major headache yesterday which I'm not sure was from sugar withdrawal, not enough caffeine or my body being out of whack. I'll add another cup of coffee today and a prophylactic dose of advil and get an appointment for a massage to help support the changes and keep the headaches at bay.

I ran out of broccoli though so I guess I'll be going to the store later to restock. Going to see what I can work through in my fridge that is good for me before I go.
