Happy 'We Got This' Wednesday👍💪

Well, we're halfway through the week...how ya doin on your goals? Is it getting a LITTLE easier to plan, to exercise, to get enough sleep, to drink enough water? How about tracking your calories? Or maybe you've had success with cutting out soda or mindfully reducing your portion sizes?

Notice, I didn't ask about the # on the scale...because that can fluctuate depending on so many things. But those HABITS you're developing? THAT'S where the REAL progress shows!! Those LITTLE changes to your routine and your menu...ahhhh...that's where you're winning!

Keep at it, my weight loss warriors! ⚔🛡 WE GOT THIS!!

This week I haven't been on my best behavior on food. Had some high calorie leftovers Monday. Went to Burger King yesterday and pigged out on a Whopper meal, which was tasty. Last night I did have a modest serving of cooked sushi from Kroger. I intend to eat the other half at lunch. My mom gave me some over ripe avocado but I haven't cut into them yet. I don't know how they would look ruined or whatnot. I did get my evening mile in yesterday after some rainy days.

@Autumn...sounds like you had some success! You chose a 'modest' serving of sushi, and got that walk in...and the good news is it's only Wednesday! You still have the rest of the week to maybe make some changes 😊 Thanks for sharing!💙👍

Had a weak moment last night, and my husband saved me from myself. I've been avoiding meat, but I was so tired I thought about opening up one of the tins of chicken we still have in our pantry. Hubby discouraged me, and I wound up making oven roasted tofu that we had with leftover potatoes and salad. You know what cuts down on calories? When you're too dang tired to bother making salad dressing! 🤣

@CrystalJo74 have you considered becoming a nutrition coach? I think you would be fabulous. The "factors" graphic is great, and is so neat and concise. Practically NO ONE considers the myriad of factors that contribute/hinder weight loss. Great graphics!

HAPPY 'WE GOT THIS WEDNESDAY?' - wow I had no idea that existed AND ... WOW LOOK AT THIS ----- lolololfofl --- what is that - a cross section of every possible way to gain one pound --- OMG. I do not know what to blame first. You got me --- Good one Crystal - it took me long enough to get here - I have been busy all day --- are environmental factors one of them ? nooooo!

I have highly personal question Crystal Jo --- how tall are you? I remember when you went to a medical appointment and discovered that you had shrunk by half an inch - so how tall are you ? I am 5ft 4 in --- and you ?(I am trying to be serious here - omg)

Thanks so much Crystaljo for your great post as always, I'm guilty of eating pizza and hamburgers so maybe the days I eat them it's a special day. That's my story and I'm sticking to it lol.
