Wishing you a Tasty, Triumphant Tuesday👍😋 Aren't you glad that it turns out that eating healthy can be SO TASTY!!?? It's not ALL about 'rabbit food' (though I personally LOVE my raw veggies!) There are SO many ways to prepare nutritious meals/snacks, and I am inspired every single day by the recipes & ideas shared here on FS. Sometimes a simple 'swap' of ingredients can make a TON of difference in calorie count without sacrificing a BIT of yumminess! Thank you ALL for sharing & inspiring us to keep experimenting & adding to our 'recipe box' of the very best fuel for our bodies and encouragements along the way to our healthier new lives! Blessings, my friends🙏🌷💙 🙋♀️

On a side note, I wasn't sure (at all!) about trying the omelet my husband made this morning, but he was so dang excited that it was the #87 on the Omelette & Waffle Shop menu (his fave San Pedro, CA restaurant). Turns out, that avocados are real tasty on an omelet....who knew??🥑🍳

I really like that chart on the bottom - the others are "required" positive reinforcement for Healthy people. I strongly attempt to adhere to all of the numbered statements on the bottom chart ---- I disagree completely with Number 6 - A person has to make a food plan and a person has to consume meals on a regular basis - following that food plan - even when they do not feel hungry. To miss a meal or skip a planned meal because there was no feeling of hungry - is a tricky thing of the body that promotes other eating outside of the food plan ---- Missing meals is one of my own life time ingrained "bad habits" - missing meals cause you do not feel hungry at the planned meal time. I strongly recommend that bottom chart - "Enjoying your Healthy Life" but Number 6 - should state - "Eat your regular planned meals - Even when not hungry" (3 Thumbs up on this one Crystal - says lumpy) 👍 👍 👍
