Yes. I tried replacing half of the flour with plain protein powder this time. Pretty good, but softer without it.

1 cup Unbleached White All-Purpose Flour, I used gluten free baking
½ cup Greek Yogurt
½ TSP Fine Sea Salt
1 TSP Baking Powder
½ TSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil
It’s crumbly but keep kneading into a ball. Bake at 400

I don’t time anything so I’m not sure of bake time. The recipe I gave makes 2 crusts this size or 1 bigger one. It’s not really flaky so I don’t think it would make very good biscuits.
