It's snowing here with some accumulation. I have an appt with my pulmonary doctor this afternoon and I'm so thankful for a good snow-worthy vehicle (Durango with new knobby tires!) 🚙 and an excellent driver (my hubby)💑!

Nice cream sounds too yummy! May try halving the recipe and split it with hubby. Prayers for a good visit with the Dr.

Well...so far I apparently failed the 3 part walking test...which means I qualify for home oxygen with Medicare.

How did your doctor's scale compare with your one at home? I always dread going in, worried that any progress I make is wiped away by their equipment.

@ Bananas...well, I weigh at home buck naked, 1st thing and that's not allowed here at the Dr office sooo...it's hard to compare😂

It's still a substantial loss from my last visit here...so I'm happy😊

Love the idea of 2 jars for pounds to lose and pounds lost. I may do that. I always weigh myself in the morning dressed in my sleep clothes. When I have my doctor appointment I weigh myself as I get dressed so I know how much each piece of clothing weighs and then weigh myself with everything on, including shoes and then compare that to the doctor's scale. Clothes add at least 3 pounds for me. Sorry about your walking test. Was that a treadmill test?

@Fritzy...not a treadmill test...just O2 sats from resting, after walking and with oxygen to recover
