Brownies sounds dangerous. I would individually wrap them and freeze them. One a day I would tell myself, but that's just me. Be well!

oh yeah, brownies are dangerous. I only make them if I'm taking them somewhere and try my best to only have one.

Brownies failed to thicken so I wound up eating a bowl of chocolate goop. Don't know if it was the egg substitute or what. the good news: slid right out of the silicone pan.

I make a smallish pan of them, oortion them, and then hide them in the freezer out of sight so it's easier to grab just one and not eat the whole darn pan. Brownies are my weakness.

Chris, one of the free Kindle books you posted a link to a while back had microwave recipes in it, one of the items was a microwave brownie, or at least is was similar to a brownie but less calories/bad stuff. I made it once and it wasn't bad, I won't say it's as good as a real brownie but it was an acceptable substitute. Anyway, if you're wanting a brownie that's not that unhealthy it's worth making and was pretty easy...I believe it used applesauce instead of oil.

I haven't had a brownie in a long time. That was the first time I have ever tried to make them. Maybe I should have thickened them with black beans or chia seeds. Made from a box of Arrowhead Mills Organic. I used extra virgin olive oil.
