Hi Everyone, I noticed the other day I'm not really losing weight but inches so far. I feel a bit bloated but I'll find out today is my weigh in date. I decided to weigh myself per month instead of per week or so - it's very discouraging to weigh yourself too much and at one time I was certainly doing just that - discouraging myself with the scale.

I agree with how weighing yourself consistently can be discouraging, especially after the holidays. I think that's why I got stressed and binge, but I hope it will change when I stop using FatSecret for 3 weeks. As long as you try your best, you will lose weight, no matter what, hopefully. Sometimes if you've been working out a lot and/or weight training, you will gain muscle which will cause you to gain weight, but look smaller (lose inches). Don't worry about it - if you're getting smaller, and you feel great, then just ignore the scale! :)
