Bone density test today, took less than 15 minutes in and out of the doctor's office!
Been stressing out today. I think I am very anxious about getting all my work up to speed to get onto my retirement.
Eating like crazy today, it seems like, but the calories seem to be coming out ok. Planning ahead for dinner tonight, then going dancing. A bunch of my friends and I are going to the Minuteman Ball, where we dress up in colonial clothes and dance old English country dances. Should be fun. Oddly we are going for Thai food beforehand. I won't be wearing authentic dress, it's too hot to dance that way!
My house needs some bird-proofing. Every time I turn around the little one is eating the cover off of something, like my purse handle, or vinyl chair, or window frame. Gotta get her some things to chew that are authorized ahead of time.
Update: I forgot that I told a different friend that I would drive with her, so I will be eating at home. Less tempting to over eat, and I have some nice shrimp I should eat so making a Thai sort of thing, pineapple shrimp.
