Here's to a Thankfully Thinner Thursday! 💙👍 Our impromptu day trip to the beach turned out to be a CHILLY one! The wind tried to push me down when I got out for a short walk (with my trekking pole)! So, we rolled the windows up on the windward side of the car, rolled the other one down and took a luscious, little nap to the sounds of the surf and the seagulls. It was very restorative for both of us and the sun even came out before we left 🌞 Not much 'factual' stuff to offer today, except for the fact that I wish everyone a Thinner Thursday and hearts full of gratitude for all our many blessings💙🙏🌼🌼🌼

I love the beach when it's not officially beach season. There's a beach near me that has a dog trail. We go during off times because our dog hates all other dogs (except my next door neighbors dog who is just like her.) Glad you had fun! ❤️

I was sure that was you on the beach in that pose. I think one of my yoga teachers try to make me do something like that. But no not in my repertoire. Glad you had a nice trip in spite of cold. Here is is wet and snowing.

I love your idea of napping at the beach!!! Unfortunately it's 103 mi away, or I'd put that on my weekly ToDo list. I do have a solar powered fountain ⛲. I open my window to hear it during the day. But it isn't the same.

Wind and chill...welcome to my world! 😉 The wind is the worst thing about living where I do, but I've gotten used to it. No beaches here, of course. I never thought of myself as a beach person, but when I went with my family to LA, I totally understood the allure. The waves are just mesmerizing
