Good morning fellow fitness minded folks, I'm doing relatively well with my weight lifting, but due to the impending surgery early next month I find myself giving into temptation more easily, therefore it's difficult to hit my weight goals. When I need to stay fit the most I find it harder to do. As the Apostle Paul said, "O wretched man that I am." On a positive note I did eek out a new personal best on the bench this morning. I'm 61 and don't feel like I have cancer. I wanted to add photos, but FS wouldn't allow/work for uploads.
