Happy Fitness Friday!🏃‍♀️

Not all of us are the athletic type...myself included...but I think each of us can do just a little more (physically) than we did yesterday, right? Just a few more steps on the pedometer, a few more lifts or squats or a few more minutes on the treadmill. Just a few! Just for the self-satisfaction of it!! Just for the emotional boost!

I actually did work out more today! First I watched some IFBB Pro Bikini videos and then looked in the mirror, felt like crap, and lifted really heavy weights. LOL.

LOL! Actually, the feeling like crap part gave me the motivation. It's probably not the "emotionally healthy" way to get in a workout but I'll take it. ❤️❤️❤️
