Spent all day yesterday at a meeting in Waco. I packed sugar free beef jerky to eat for lunch because they always serve pizza or sub sandwiches at these things. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the lunch was catered by the Hilton and I was able to have a nice grilled chicken breast with ham and swiss on it, along with some green beans. I skipped the afternoon snacks, but that included lots of raw veg. Nice to see some smart food choices available.
