Fasting blood sugar 138. Bedtime glucose 91
I almost succeeded at one meal today. Breakfast was mocha. Lunch was chicken broth and two tiny Old Wisconsin turkey bites. Supper was baked lemon thyme chicken with broccoli and avocado. I did eat one cheese stick mid afternoon. Also drinking hot tea frequently. So that encourages me to try to do it Friday. I am allowed to drink broth anytime, so I am prepared for that.
Plantd bulbs today.
Macros 11/71/18. 695 calories; fiber 9.9; net carbs 8.87.
