Fasting blood sugar 118 / weight 173.6
Macros 16/59/25; calories 1072; fiber 11.3; net carbs 35.77; net kcals -1180
Breakfast mocha coffee. Lunch: left over coconut turkey/chicken curry, broccoli. keto chocolate mousse. Dinner: egg omelet, bacon, deli oven roasted turkey, mocha coffee. Drank 3 cups hot tea. Forgot I ate 2 keto cookies for snack! Had to change all my statistics.

Stuck to speedketo fairly well. Glucose is going down!!! That's the best result of all. 117 at bedtime and I only took diabetes meds once today.
