I haven't been mindful of what I have been putting in my body for quite some time (yesterdays 3250 calorie day speaks volumes). Next level starts today with a pretty restrictive calorie meal plan to activate discipline and detox my body from the recent rubish it has been digesting.

I'm with you on this one, I'm also at that point where I eat too much junk because when I get on the scale , no big gain and I will go overboard, but I can feel I'm getting sugar cravings ( craving chocolates) again, where I didn't get that in a long time, so after today I'm also having a close eye on the nutrition part even if it means I will gain more weight but at least I will have the sugar cravings under control again.

Totally with you!! I don't even know how much calories I consumed yesterday but I imagine it's close to that number! Well done on making the choice and good luck! You can do it!

Hehe thanks Shy, yup over over eating is a no no from now on lol - will let you guys know the results next Monday - gna weigh in on Saturday morning :)

day 1 went well :) only cheated with watermelon which isn't really cheating lol

I love watermelon, my cheat was 2 apples for the day instead of 1 and 2 extra provitas. LOL No cheating meals really , ate the 2 provitas a little late , had dinner first then did aerobics for 1:30min with a 10kg baby in my arms. then at 21:00 i was hungry and had the provitas. but this morning I lost the weekends weight and a little more than last week. Good luck with day 3 girls
