Its a working Sunday. Worked a few hours this morning, then headed to the State Park for a 4 mile hike with the dog. Now we're back at the office. Fixed a couple of street tacos for lunch with boneless, skinless chicken breast, poblano peppers, onions and Chipotle Tabasco sauce. 166 Kcal, 3.23 gm net carb 27.4 gm protein. Now its back to the grindstone for a few more hours.
