Some days I eat more some days I eat less. Maintaining what I think is tight control of my carb intake, although I am not currently counting. Continuing to see positive test results for ketosis. Still finding it hard to make exercising the priority it needs to be.
119.5 kg Lost so far: 32.5 kg.    Still to go: 28.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.4 kg a Week
