This is just like my salads except I don’t add the Parmesan.

I don’t know what my addiction to Parmesan is. But it has been my favorite cheese for a couple years now. If I’m short on calories I add the cheese to boost it up if I don’t have them to spare I leave it off. But mostly just with regard to the cheddar since that’s where the real calories are.

Cheddar cheese and melted mozzarella are my weaknesses! Mozzarella sticks, pizza, sliced or grated, string cheese… love it all!
