I am trying really hard not to just resort to old habits(Binging) to deal with the stress of the funeral and trip coming up. It has been quite a long time since I have felt this low.

I am struggling right now too. Only I don't have a reason for it. I am trying to remind myself that I will feel worse if I eat poorly, Both mentally and physically. Sometimes it works, sometimes not so much. Prayers for your Peace. 🙏🙏💕
