2 days in a row at the gym! Planning to go tonight too but thats it for the week. Tomorrow the weather is supposed to be crappy, and we're down a car right now so I dont really want my Mom driving around in it. Ill just work from home tomorrow and try to get in some Yoga on lunch.
I would feel better about my progress if I had eaten well through the day but I really just ATE. I cant believe my weight is the same as yesterday because I killed a sleeve of thin mints before I realized what happened. So DUMB.
