Day #3 sugar free again and I'm feeling extra tired and irritable. Oh, and hungry!! It's been tough to stick to the plan but on the plus side, my family and I can see that my tummy pooch is already noticeably shrinking!!! Still need to amp up the activity level but I'm taking it slowly on that for now so I can focus on eating right. Hopefully my loved ones can hang in there with me until my sugar withdrawals are over! Lol.
