So yesterday I took my car in to the shop and spent a nice $350. When I got home, I really did not feel like doing chest and back, or ab ripper x.

So today I told myself that I would do those after plyometrics. Man! That was rough. I only did the first set of chest and back b/c I was just getting tuckered out. I barely made it through ab ripper x.

So note to self: do workouts on the day that they are supposed to be done. Do NOT try to double up!
