Another tough workout last night, and I was in bed by 8 haha. When we started, I thought, "no way can I do this" but I did...who knew? Glad I tried! I think Im going to skip tonight though, and do a yoga workout or some sort of stretching workout.
117.5 kg Lost so far: 3.9 kg.    Still to go: 34.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
