I am starting the RDI challenge. It will be a real test for me because I am used to no limiting myself to calories. Yesterday was a healthy eating day. I am going to stay true to the challenge and see what happens. Tonight will be a big challenge, it is my great grandson's birthday and there will be cake. I gave it up before, I hope I can give it up today!
