Funny thing this morning…. Realizing that my eating habits have been a little bit off lately, I decided to start with my morning oatmeal. I haven’t had it since the summer. After adding my warm almond milk, some yogurt and berries I happily dig into it. After about the forth bite I see tiny wee bugs in it. Yup, no appetite! Great way to loss weight! Ewwww!
