Okay, Hello to everyone and I hope everyone is having a blessed day. Okay, I'm new to fatsecret. It was recommended to me by many of the Atkins friends. I could use some guidance on here. I'm still playing around with things on here. SO far, I'm really liking it. However, my caloric intake on here is different than on my Atkins. Is that common? Any help or advice would be totally appreciated. Thanks! concretebutterfly :)

Welcome! I've heard a lot of people complain that the RDI settings on FS are much higher than other sites. Personally, I had to change it to a lower number as I stagnated for a while. You can always change it by going to the My Diet section of the toolbox and look for letter e - setup/change your Recommended Daily Intake. I used a TDEE Calculator that I found online to figure out a better daily calorie intake amount to use. I hope this helps!

It does. Thank you! It's saying that I need to eat 2000 calories a day. That's a ton for me. I will look into changing that. Thanks, McKinn! Hugs

You can choose your calorie count and lower it what works well for you!
