That's ok Erq1! Diversity is a good thing!! My FAVE is 16oz Nonfat Decaf (cuz of my doggone RLS) Iced Mocha! And it's EXTRA great with the whipped cream...oh my...I'm drooling😋

I used to LIVE on caffeine...literally. When I was still in the work force and even several years after, I drank a LOT of coffee!! But the RLS has gotten sooooo bad, that I had to make a choice to forsake my beloved REAL coffee in order to not be in absolute torment aka agony😱 I sure do miss it though....😭

I make a zero waste mocha! All ingredients from bulk food and recyclable (glass, aluminum) packaging! Creamer: 1 can coconut Milk (light), 1/2 C soaked raw cashews, approx. 1.5 C water (I fill up my blender to 5 C.... use water to make up the difference once I add all previous ingredients) and 8 T PB Powder. This creamer lasts me for 4 days (12 Oz serving a day). I steam my light coco cashew PB milk w 1 Oz of dark chocolate pieces (also bulk... try to use fair trade where I can) and add 1 t of cinnamon Cayenne sprinkle I make (bulk cinnamon, bulk cayenne mixed 1:1). I get all my bulk in paper bags (I buy paper lunch bags and reuse). instead of supplied plastic bags. I drink above creamer w 2 shots of espresso (also bulk... try to get fair trade). This mocha is my FAVORITE thing to eat all day!! Love it so much and don’t even like to buy coffee anymore because like mine better, LOL!! I am crazy about the planet and about fat secret. Yup...the coffee is a huge sacrifice, but I also take several different meds + CBD to get sufficient control over it. Mine is crazy bad 😖
