Day two, Yesterday had a great day food wise, went to Starbucks and had my first Beyond meat egg and cheese breakfast sandwich, it’s actually not that bad, got a venti iced coffee black Then for dinner had Squash, Roast beef with horse radish, roasted potatoes onions and carrots with water to drink. I wouldn’t call that to bad..! Think my food choices were good for being back a second day!
