Healthier lunch choice today, you know when your body just feels icky tired and you don’t wanna do anything but you do at the same time.. well that’s me today! So I have a healthier lunch to help me out, made Quesadilla’s with grilled pepper and onions, tiny bit of cheddar cheese, added spring mix salad and cucumbers as a side. :)
