I had an amazing workout, and to be honest I really didn't want to. My big Wed routine is a weighted pullup pyramid routine, followed by a 3 min rest, followed by a non-weighted personal best. I managed 33 pullups after doing 50 reps with 30 lbs. For a 60 (soon 61) year old fart not bad. At this age I really enjoy and will take any gains.

HeBrew, I've been at it for about 6 years. It's my favorite exercise. When I started I could only do three. You never know what you can do if you focus on it. You might be selling yourself short.

Impressive!!! Eight years for me. I will never be able to do that. I have enormous will but i do not have the body structure so from time to time i get injured. Forearms, shoulders, biceps. My "progress" is not to end up severely injured and maintain my reps as time passes by.
