Ahhh Wednesday...another lovely day in my neighborhood.

Everything going along fine with my new lifestyle. I rode my exercise bike 14.5 miles today. It took me just over one episode of BallyKissAngel (1 hour) to finish. I got done at 10am and just didn't feel like having a protein shake this morning. I surfed around on the internet for a while until I started feeling hungry and then got up and made rainbow trout and broccoli...I know - crazy! I have never been a fan of fish. And was REALLY opposed to making it at home. But I tried rainbow trout when I first made this lifestyle change and I really like it! It is expensive, but I figure I save a lot of money on junk food and I can put those savings toward fresh fish. I'm enjoying exercise and fish...this really is a lifestyle change!

Yesterday I tried out a few games on my xbox kinect to see how they would work for exercise. I was exhausted all evening - so I guess that means they work! I like the dance games, but my artificial knee does not appreciate the jumping around. I ended up going to bed early with an ice pack and some motrin. I plan to try more Kinect games today, but I'll just do upper body stuff.
