OK...it's only December for a few more days...but I'm still hoping that each of us finishes STRONG!!

I haven't been able to use a scale since before Xmas and I was so worried I over-did it with multiple family dinners lol. But I lost a pound instead! For me I call that finishing strong 💪 Good luck and a Happy New Year to you!

I wish I could say I am but alas, not true! I'm struggling. Lots of emotional stuff going on. I'll get there but might take time ..I hope you hopefully

I did Doubling down December this year and had not one piece of pie , cookie, or fruitcake! I think I shocked myself!!😂😂

At least all of us can start a strong jump into next year. I recent discovered “The Angry Workout” on youtube and just imagine kicking all my fat cells to the curb.
