Here's my diet strategy so far. I will make changes when my weight loss hits a plateau.

Targets:
1800 calories per day (or less)
30g fiber (or more)
50% calories from carbs (225g)
25% calories from protein (112.5g)
25% calories from fat (50g)

So far, so good!
